Sound story

This sound story was representing a person walking in a coffee shop and ordering coffee. I worked with a partner: Aden Mangones. The editing software me and my partner used was cap cut. Cap cut was fairly easy to learn how to use to piece together the sound and video. During the production of this sound story techniques that we learned was how to properly layer sound. Layering sound was important for the quality of the sound. As well as, showing the mood, tone, and plot of the sound story.  A difficulty that we encountered when layering was how to properly layer, the audio had been abrupt and choppy which the audio then had issues with the volume. Another difficulty was found is the trial and error needed to create sounds through other materials. We found that if the sound didn't sound similar to what we wanted to convey we had to go through different methods, for instance, for the footsteps we went through many different shoes to find the one that would make the most pronounced sound. If we had to redo the project we would probably use a different topic that might have a more interesting plot for the viewer. Overall, the final product turned out respectable despite there being certain things we would have changed.
