Updated Storyboard- NEW STORY!
Updated Story Board
As a new development in our project, we decided to overhaul our entire plot and storyboard. Why did we do this? Well for a couple specific issues we found. For starters, the first storyboard was entirely trash. We found the story dull and our cuts weren’t showing the extent to our editing and transition capabilities. We realized the story wasn’t much to work with and could’ve been written by any regular joe. We wanted our storyline to be original. Providing a clear sense of apprehension and instill a shivering fear in the audience. So, we completely redid the story board as a whole.
We started our process by brainstorming a variety of different ideas. For one we had discussed different possible endings. Such as if the killer locked the girl outside and it ended with someone rustling in the trees. Another possibility was if the slasher was in the shower, but slashed her hand off. We decided our ending with the killer grabbing the girl’s hand was the scariest and most frightening ending we could create with our given logistics.
Essentially, our storyline overhaul was very much needed. Aden and I took a lot of time overhauling our story, and are now proud of our product. This storyline is definitely is going to be easier to create a state of thrill and horror in the audience displayed through our acting, plot, and production.
